Confidentiality Policy and Procedures
Child and Family Services protects the confidentiality of client information both in paper and electronic form. All staff are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement. Staff is trained to understand the policies that protect clients' privacy as well as security of Protected Health Information (PHI).
